Distribution - toy pickup
Volunteers are needed to give bags of toys to parents. Each bag has identifying information that explains which family the bag goes to and which child in that family gets that bag.
As the family drives up they will give a volunteer their family number. The paper with the family information is then located. The paper lists which grid the bags are on. Several areas are gridded and the grids are clearly marked with a letter/number combination (A-3, D-4, etc). Each bag also has the family number, grid number, and number of children listed. This ensures the correct bags go to the correct families.
A seasoned volunteer will be working with you so you won't have to figure things out on your own. You will be doing a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes.
